Rachael Brown is a dynamic and visionary leader, serving as the CEO and Founder of Rachael Brown Consulting. With a passion for community development and economic growth, Rachael leverages her extensive experience to deliver strategic solutions that foster business innovation and community well-being.

Before establishing Rachael Brown Consulting, Rachael held the position of Executive Director for the Power Inn Alliance, where she led a transformative strategy to elevate the district's profile and economic vitality. During her impressive tenure, she integrated emerging industries, including cannabis, and promoted workforce development for local manufacturers. Her efforts created a cohesive community network, engaging a diverse range of partners to strengthen regional collaboration.

Rachael’s professional journey spans nearly 20 years in commercial development, with notable roles at the Elk Grove Economic Development Department. Her expertise in nurturing strategic partnerships and revitalizing business communities has been instrumental in attracting significant investments and driving regional growth.

A Sacramento native, Rachael is an alumna of California State University, Sacramento, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design and a Master of Science in Urban Land Development. Her educational background complements her professional acumen, enabling her to approach projects with both creative and analytical perspectives.

In addition to her consulting work, Rachael is deeply involved in the Sacramento community. She serves on the Board of Directors for B Street Theatre and Sacramento Steps Forward, contributing her insights to address homelessness and support cultural initiatives. In June 2024, Rachael became a Senior Fellow, Class XIV, of the Nehemiah Emerging Leaders Program, further enhancing her leadership acumen and commitment to community leadership.
